McKenzie headlines at SDL Conference

McKenzie was featured as a keynote speaker at the Sustainability & Digitalization Leadership conference in Miami, FL.

Having instructed audience members to picture themselves as an Airbnb employee, she walked them through all the sustainability considerations made by the Food Team on a given day - everything from repurposing coffee grounds to grow mushrooms later featured on the menu to raising bees on the roof of the Airbnb HQ.
