Foodmuse panel at Camber Collective

Foodmuse attended a ‘Lunch and Learn’ as guest speakers at Camber Collective in Downtown San Francisco. Camber Collective develops and implements strategies and programs to improve public health, to create new economic opportunities for the poor, and to maximize the effectiveness and funding of the philanthropic sector. They are a cross-disciplinary team of strategy consultants with backgrounds in business, development, market research and nonprofit leadership, bringing insight and creativity that is unique among strategy consulting firms.

We engaged in a conversation about behavior change, values-driven systemic change, and quantifying impact as it pertains to the food system. We spent quite a bit of time discussing the pros/cons of implementing initiatives such as ‘Meatless Mondays’ and how to gain consumer buy in. We left feeling inspired by the stimulating conversation with the whip smart team that makes up Camber Collective!
