In partnership with Just Fare, we were brought on as advisors to support Stripe’s in-house Food Team who sought to level-up the F&B offering at the Stripe HQ. Pre-pandemic, they ran an in-house program at their HQ in downtown SF. As the office re-opened to employees, Stripe was in the process of completing and moving into their new Headquarters in South San Francisco. As their office move required transitioning into the new building in phases, we assisted with a temporary off-site kitchen, transportation, and transitional staffing models.
Through brainstorms, workshops and team meetings, we partnered with the team to design all new standard operating procedures. We reimagined the food offerings and food service spaces. We created staffing models and hiring guides. We made operational guides for both the front of house and back of house teams. We established new communication systems both internal to the food team and external to the Stripe employees. We coached their current management on planning for the future growth of the program.
